Is it a subscription or one-time purchase app?
In May 2017, the app was updated to reflect 2017 NEC® Code changes and the ebook was updated to the 2017 Ugly’s Electrical References. At the same time, we switched from requiring a yearly subscription for full access to the app to a one-time purchase. It is now available from the Apple and Google app stores as a one-time purchase.
- Customers who buy it as a one-time purchase app will enjoy the updated 2017 content and no further charges.
- Customers who purchased the $9.99 subscription service app will enjoy the updated 2017 content and no additional charges in the future.
- Customers who are in the middle of a 30-day trial of the subscription will see a prompt giving them the opportunity to purchase access at the end of their trial period. They will enjoy the same new 2017 content and no additional charges in the future.
- Customers interested in licensing the app for commercial devices should email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on making volume purchases.
Can I transfer my app to a different device?
If you purchase the app from either the Google Play store or Apple iTunes, you may install the app on other devices connected to that account. The app is not transferable between Android and iOS devices.
